Our Team

We started this initiative with a simple goal: to make sun protection something everyone has access to. What began as an idea has grown into a team that cares deeply about showing up for our community in small, meaningful ways.

Hannah Willmott

Founder/President

Hannah is a medical student with a passion for dermatology and a strong focus on prevention and health equity. Her experience as a medical assistant provided a unique perspective on the challenges patients face in accessing even the most basic forms of preventive care. Recognizing the significant role that sun protection plays in reducing long-term skin disease, she was driven to take action.

She founded Glow Safe Initiative as a way to bridge this gap, combining education with direct resource distribution to improve access to sunscreen and promote skin health awareness. Through her leadership, the organization aims to create lasting change by making prevention a practical and attainable part of everyday life.

Ashley Willmott

Vice President

Ashley Willmott serves as the Vice President for Glow Safe Initiative and is currently a pharmacy student at the University of Cincinnati. Her academic training provides a strong foundation in medication safety, patient care, and the importance of preventive health.

In her role, Ashley plays a key leadership position in guiding the organization’s strategic direction and supporting the execution of its initiatives. She collaborates closely with the founding team to expand outreach efforts, strengthen partnerships, and ensure programs align with the organization’s mission. Her strong communication skills and dedication to healthcare make her an essential leader in advancing Glow Safe Initiative’s impact and long-term growth.

Jenna Seenberg

Marketing Director

Jenna is the Marketing Director for Glow Safe Initiative and studied digital marketing with a minor in English journalism at Miami University. Her background in marketing, writing, and communication allows her to craft messaging that is both engaging and impactful, helping our organization connect with a wider audience and effectively share our mission.

During college, Jenna volunteered with College Mentors for Kids, where she participated in weekly on-campus mentorship programs focused on building meaningful relationships and supporting youth development. This strengthened her passion for community engagement and outreach. In her role, Jenna leads efforts to ensure that our message resonates and inspires others to get involved.
